Ordered 20 custom silicone wristbands as an end of soccer season gift for U12 soccer team. Paid extra to expedite manufacture and shipping both by two days which should've put the order in on Thursday. Called on Tuesday to confirm the order, landed in customer service queue. Was caller 6,5,4,3,2,1 and then a hangup - 8 times before I resorted to online chat. In chat was assured of Friday delivery in time for my Saturday event but Friday came and no gifts - customer service told me they'll arrive on Monday, which means 20 disappointed 11-12 year olds after their last game of the season on Saturday. 129cb7d

I ordered 200 wristbands via the phone. When my product arrived they had a typo in our Charity name. When I called the first time they promised to make it "right", the next day they sent me an email with typos throughout which stated in uncertain terms "sorry" per our TOS we are not responsible. WOW- They ENTER THE ORDER ship the product, I pay and the Typo is somehow my fault? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS....

I placed an order for 450 wristbands for an event at my son's school. When the package arrived, there were only 201 wristbands. I called the company and first she told me I needed to recount them - which I found offensive because clearly I did not miscount. We are talking about half the order being missing - not just 5 or 10. They told me I needed to file a claim with Federal Express because their records show they sent me a 5 pound package which would be the equivalent of 450 wristbands. I explained that the package was not opened or damaged when it arrived, so there was no issue with Federal Express. Clearly, the order was short when it was packaged. The only response I got from anyone was to file a claim with Federal Express and that they would then remake the order. The event is already over. I told them they should refund me for the difference. I paid for 450 and only received 201. Again, the only response was that the package they sent was 5 pounds and file a claim with Federal Express. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none were there at the time. At the end of all this, they closed my "service ticket" and indicated the matter was resolved....which it is not. Very unprofessional company. I would never deal with them again.

I had ordered a product from this customer with speed up production and speed up shipping. Didn't really matter because customer service never called to tell me production never started. Now I'm waiting on my refund and it's taking way longer than I was informed. Very unprofessional site. Avoid if possible.
